WHAT IS THE ESCAPE 2GETHER ESCAPE ROOM?
An Escape Room (also known as a locked room) is a real-life escape gaming experience which participants will be locked in a themed room. In order to escape, you will need to solve a series of puzzles and codes within a specified time frame. The escape room is a group activity which focuses on promoting team-building, critical thinking and creative play, and is perfect for family outings, birthday parties, corporate events, group trips, and more.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS TO PARTICIPATE?
The age we recommend to play is over 6 years old based on our puzzle difficulty.
WILL THERE BE STRANGERS PLAYING WITH US?
Our bookings are open to the public by default. If you would like to set your booking to private, please contact us via phone or e-mail and we can do it for you free of charge.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY SCHEDULED TIME DO I NEED TO ARRIVE?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time in order to fill-out paperwork and go through the introduction.
If you are late over 10 minutes, we may have to cut your time if next booking is reserved for the same room. We recommend you can call us for more information if you will be late for booking.
HOW CAN I RESCHEDULE/CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Online: you can re-schedule/cancel booking through the booking confirmation sent to you via email.
Phone/email: you can call us (403.207.5777) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to reschedule or cancel your booking.
Please note: 6 hours’ notice is required to cancel a personal booking; we have a special policy for cancellations of larger group bookings. Please email (email@example.com) us for more information.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK ONLINE?
No, you can call us (403.207.5777) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to make a booking.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO BOOK A SESSION OUTSIDE OF THE CURRENT SCHEDULED TIME?
Yes, at least 4 players are required for non-business hours; please email/call us to book. And the credit card information will be required to lock the time but no charge until you head in.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PLAYERS FOR EACH ROOM?
Camp 22 Prison: 10 players
Psychiatric Hospital: 10 players
Red Cabin: 6 players
Mad Magician: 6 Players
WHAT DO I GET IF MY TEAM COMPLETES THE GAME AND ESCAPES?
If your group break out within the allotted time limit without any hints:
A group gift will be rewarded for your group effort.
Your group picture will be posted in our Facebook Page as winners.
If you break any of our records, you will become our new record holder and your record will be posted on our record boards, and 25% off will be provided to your group towards to your next booking with us.
ARE THE ROOMS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, all rooms are wheelchair accessible.
WHERE CAN I PARK?
Please park at designated parking spots (C1-C18), located just beside our building. Unauthorized parking may be ticketed and towed away at the vehicle owner's expense.
WHAT IS GROUP PRICE FOR CORPORATE/PRIVATE EVENTS, PARTIES OR LARGER GROUP BOOKING?
We have previously hosted several corporate/private events at our location, and we do offer a special price for large group bookings. The cost would depend on the actual number of players in the group. Please email (email@example.com) for more information.
WHAT IF IT'S MY BIRTHDAY?
You or any birthday player will get free admission if your birthday is three days before/after your booking day. Please bring your valid ID card or picture of your birth certificate to get free admission.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS? IF YES, HOW CAN I PURCHASE OR REDEEM IT?
Yes, we have gift cards but not available for online purchasing. Please call/email us to provide your physical address and number of gift cards you need, we will deliver the gift cards by mail. Credit card information will be required. Please bring the gift cards with you to redeem them in store.
AM I ABLE TO ADD SOMEONE TO A PRE-EXISTING BOOKING?
We can set up a private room for your group (just call or e-mail us), that way you can invite as many people as the room can handle! Otherwise, just contact us ahead of time and we can add players so long as there is still room in the booking.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. No special equipment or clothing are required to play our escape room.
DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL?
NO alcohol is permitted in the room.
